Location:

Set amidst 124 acres of landscaped gardens the resort is 45 minutes to Seeb International Airport and only 15 minutes from Ruwi business district and Muttrah the old city of Muscat, the resort is easily accessible to shopping and cultural attractions.

Accommodation:

The resort is made up of three hotels and has a 680 room capacity. The hotels are:

Al Waha (The Oasis) 5 star
Has 302 bedrooms and is suitable for families, hosting a kids club, ample swimming pools and children's pool.

Al Bandar (The Town) 5 star deluxe
Has 198 bedrooms, 11 meeting rooms and a 700 seat Grand Ballroom (Barr Al Jissah Ballroom). It also hosts an outdoor terrace/piazza to accommodate cocktails for 1000 people.

Al Husn (The Castle) 6 star
Has 180 bedrooms and includes the Jabreen Royal Suite, it's own private beach and gymnasium and an infinity pool.

Guest Room Facilities:

All rooms are sea facing with balconies or terraces and include: 24 hour room service, coffee/tea making facilities, electronic safe and voice mail, computer data port, satellite television, iron and ironing board and separate bath & shower.

Restaurants & Bars:

The resort hosts 19 food and beverage outlets featuring local and international cuisine.

Meetings & Banquets:

Ballroom accommodating up to 700 persons, divisible into 3 sections and 11 additional meeting rooms including state-of-the-art audio visual and lighting support.

Recreation Facilities:

The resort has a 450 metre private beach and a 100 metre private beach for Al Husn guests only. There are 3 freshwater swimming pools, a 250 metre lazy river, children's pool, 5 tennis courts, a fitness centre with chi spa and 12 treatment rooms with a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. The resort is ideal for families and includes a children's club.
